"Eclat PRO Ty Morrow based his signature Morrow Bars bars off our current DIVE bar but with some changes to the bending, geometry and the tubing thickness to make these things indestructible. Available in Black and C.P. in 22.2mm and 25.4mm OS clamping. We used a unique 20.5mm plain gauge cross tube on the Morrow Bar to prevent against the twisting that a larger 10? bar can come under especially with Ty’s powerful riding style. This allowed us to also increase the dent resistance without having to increase the diameter and damage the aesthetics of the bar."

The Federal Stance XL rim has a wider (40mm) cross section which is designed to be in keeping with modern tyre sizes which helps the tyre maintain its correct profile. The triple box section combined with the wider profile makes the rim both stronger and stiffer than conventional rims and also helps to reduce the possibility of pinch flats. The wall thickness where the spokes are located has been increased by 22% to reduce the possibility of spokes pulling through the rim. We have also changed the material from Aluminium 6061 to 6066 which increases the strength by approximately 30%. The rims have a lower sidewall height (15mm compared to 20mm on most other rims) to give the rim a lower/wider appearance.The internal sidewall height is also reduced to keep the tyre firmly in place when inflated and the base of the rim is sunken to ease the installation and removal of tyres.

The new Fit Indent 24mm cranks are made from 4130 chromoly and feature fits new oversized 24mm hollow spindle which helps to increase stiffness and to prevent the spindle from twisting. These cranks also feature fits concaved crank arms which increases the arms strength and make them more dent resistant. The cranks are RHD/LHD compatible and also includes the 24mm Mid BB Kit. The Fly Magneto Cassette Hubs are here and they really are an amazing piece of kit. Featuring an incredible magnetic system, using the force of two magnets and allowing the ratchet ring to engage. The Alpha Elbow pad uses a breathable perforated neoprene with an internal soft air plush lining, and the front impact area uses a tougher Duratex neoprene. The back side of the pad uses a double layer of soft Lycra for a snug and comfortable fit. To protect your elbow from impact we use EVA foam under nylon hard cap. This year we also added an internal Sharkskin neoprene gripper to keep the pad firmly in place.

The Alpha knee sleeve uses a breathable perforated neoprene with air plush lining for the front section while the back side uses a dual layer of soft Lycra for extra comfort. To keep them super slim and flexible we use EVA foam padding to protect your knees from impact. This year we also added a Sharkskin neoprene gripper to keep the pad firmly in place.

This rim has a big and chunky bead to help reduce the chances of pinch puncturing or flat spotting the rim, but at same time the tiny hollow cavity inside it helps keep the weight right down. The rim also features a cross-lacing design to increase lateral wheel strength, and a offset value hole to help with strength in a common weak spot on aero style rims, this also makes it easier to fit a pump to the valve. This rim has a weight of just 408g (14.4oz) it outperforms most rims weighing 20-30% more, and the weight saving from the rotational mass of the wheel feels fantastic.

Trails nowadays are nothing like they used to be, very little pedaling and/or braking and the dirt is usually rock hard, it doesn’t make sense to mimic MX tires (that have to accelerate, brake and turn in soft dirt) with big knobs anymore and BF rides a mix of everything, so his tire needs to work well on everything. That lead to giving the FT1 a relatively smooth center section, to make the tire fast. Turning is when an increase in grip (instead of outright speed) is needed, lean the bike over in a turn and the micro-knobs come into play. The micro-knobs provide a perfect balance of surface area, stability and space in between for when the dirt might be a little soft still. The micro-knobs actually stick up above the main surface a super small amount, this allows them to sink into that slightly soft dirt and give an increase in surface area contact, but the amount they are raised doesn’t negatively affect stability or grip on hard surfaces. At the edges of the tread pattern are smooth tread blocks that help protect the sidewall on ramps and street.
