Important Notice for Online Bike Orders
It's not a secret, globally there is a short supply of bikes and bicycle parts. We're working to keep our stores stocked with as much inventory as possible so that you can enjoy this year's cycling season.
Due to the extreme demand and high order volumes, your online bike purchase is not confirmed until a Bike Depot staff member contacts you. If you're picking up an online order at one of our stores, please wait for your 'Order is Ready' email before coming to the store.
In the event you purchase a bicycle online and Bike Depot is unable to fulfill this order, you will be notified and refunded in full. Please note that there may be delays in processing online orders and lead times are longer than usual. We are doing our best to make sure you get your orders as soon as possible.

How It Works
Shop online and choose 'Pick up in Store'
When placing your order, select "Pick at Store" from the options in your cart.
Wait for your 'Order is Ready' Email
After receiving an email that your order is ready, head to the store. Remember to bring your order number and photo ID. Please do not come to the store until you are contacted. Only the card holder can pickup items.
Pickup Your Order at Bike Depot
Fill out our pickup order form and bring this to the store. We are offering curbside pickup for all products.
Frequently Asked Questions
When will my order be ready for pickup?
Please wait to receive an email notification before going to the store to pick up your order. Due to the high volume of orders being processed, pickup times may be delayed in some cases.
What if the product isn't in stock?
If an item that you purchased is not in stock when we're processing your order, you will be notified and refunded.
How long will you hold my order?
Unless special arrangements are made, we ask that you pick up your order within 10 days of purchase.
What happens if I don't pick up my order on time?
If you order is not picked up in 10 days, we'll return your item to our inventory with a 10% restocking fee.
Can someone else pick up my order?
No. The purchaser must be present at the time of pickup with a copy of their credit card, photo ID and order confirmation email.
Where do I go to pick up my order?
Let us know that you are here to pick up your online order and we'll be happy to get it for you and answer any questions. If it's a bicycle, we'll help you with basic adjustments to ensure a safe and comfortable fit.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase.
Can I return pick up items at the store?
Yes. The process is like returning items purchased in-store. Just ask a staff member and they will walk you through the process.
