Profile No Boss cranks are exactly the same as our Race Cranks, with the sole exception that they lack a boss to bolt a sprocket onto them. They require you to run a Spline Drive Sprocket or Spider. A true bmx classic. The Hazard Lite is respected because of its strength, reliability and light weight. Often imitated but never matched in quality or durability. The Hazard Lite is the rim of choice for some of the world’s best riders.

Trails nowadays are nothing like they used to be, very little pedaling and/or braking and the dirt is usually rock hard, it doesn’t make sense to mimic MX tires (that have to accelerate, brake and turn in soft dirt) with big knobs anymore and BF rides a mix of everything, so his tire needs to work well on everything. That lead to giving the FT1 a relatively smooth center section, to make the tire fast. Turning is when an increase in grip (instead of outright speed) is needed, lean the bike over in a turn and the micro-knobs come into play. The micro-knobs provide a perfect balance of surface area, stability and space in between for when the dirt might be a little soft still. The micro-knobs actually stick up above the main surface a super small amount, this allows them to sink into that slightly soft dirt and give an increase in surface area contact, but the amount they are raised doesn’t negatively affect stability or grip on hard surfaces. At the edges of the tread pattern are smooth tread blocks that help protect the sidewall on ramps and street.

Dan Coller’s signature Contender bars are perfect for taller riders, coming in at a comfortable 9.75” rise. The Contender bars are the first set of bars from Kink to offer pre-defined cutting grooves at 0.25” intervals. Coming with a stock 29.5” width, they can easily be cut down to 29”, 28.5”, 28” or 27.5” without breaking out the tape measure. Made from 13-butted chromoly tubing, and our TruTherm post weld heat treatment process, ensures these bars can stand up to all kinds of riding. Being ridden and trusted by Dan Coller daily, can attest to the Contender bars strength.

This rim has a big and chunky bead to help reduce the chances of pinch puncturing or flat spotting the rim, but at same time the tiny hollow cavity inside it helps keep the weight right down. The rim also features a cross-lacing design to increase lateral wheel strength, and a offset value hole to help with strength in a common weak spot on aero style rims, this also makes it easier to fit a pump to the valve. This rim has a weight of just 408g (14.4oz) it outperforms most rims weighing 20-30% more, and the weight saving from the rotational mass of the wheel feels fantastic.

The Alpha knee sleeve uses a breathable perforated neoprene with air plush lining for the front section while the back side uses a dual layer of soft Lycra for extra comfort. To keep them super slim and flexible we use EVA foam padding to protect your knees from impact. This year we also added a Sharkskin neoprene gripper to keep the pad firmly in place.

The Alpha Elbow pad uses a breathable perforated neoprene with an internal soft air plush lining, and the front impact area uses a tougher Duratex neoprene. The back side of the pad uses a double layer of soft Lycra for a snug and comfortable fit. To protect your elbow from impact we use EVA foam under nylon hard cap. This year we also added an internal Sharkskin neoprene gripper to keep the pad firmly in place.

The Fly Magneto Cassette Hubs are here and they really are an amazing piece of kit. Featuring an incredible magnetic system, using the force of two magnets and allowing the ratchet ring to engage. The magnetic field provides an even repelling force which means the ratchet will work completely straight everytime. This system is created in a way that reduces friction compared to the use of springs. The new Fit Indent 24mm cranks are made from 4130 chromoly and feature fits new oversized 24mm hollow spindle which helps to increase stiffness and to prevent the spindle from twisting. These cranks also feature fits concaved crank arms which increases the arms strength and make them more dent resistant. The cranks are RHD/LHD compatible and also includes the 24mm Mid BB Kit. Much like our Freecoaster, the Cortex front hub was designed for the streets. Using the same proven narrow flange spacing as our famous Dynamic front hub, the Cortex comes out of the box with x2 Nylon fibreglass hubguards which are long lasting and replaceable for a very low cost. This hub has been tested by the team over the past year and is designed to keep you grinding on and on and on… This hub features a longer 35mm bolt to accommodate plastic pegs and for a stronger female bolt setup.

The Fireball Tire was designed with street riders in mind. Available in a super-wide 2.40? option (and a 2.30?) making it perfect if you like to send it down big sets or just want some meat under your wheels for when things get a little wild. The Mirage Tire might just be the most advanced tire we’ve ever designed. The Seeker Pedal was born out of desire and need. Many of the Eclat PRO team asked for a pedal with a larger platform than most, but with a slightly thinner profile. Using twin sealed bearings and a bushing for extra support, the Seeker pedal’s design allowed us to enlarge the size of the axle and make it stronger than your typical unsealed pedal, and also much smoother and longer lasting.

Our riders asked for a low profile, micro style pedal using the loose ball bearing system and integrating a crmo spindle, we scratched our heads and shortly after delivered the Slash nylon pedal. It’s somewhere close to perfect in size, features a lightweight design and has a nice knurled top surface.

The Venom peg uses a two-piece steel/plastic design based on the ‘classic sleeve’ system. Our aim was to create a plastic sleeve peg with a diameter similar to a standard steel peg. This lead us down the route of a steel/plastic design with a slim crmo inner peg wrapped in a generous thickness of our specially developed hardwearing nylon-fiberglass compound. When testing the prototypes we saw these pegs going beyond 6 months of hard riding! If you want to grind fast give these a go.
