The Fly Magneto Cassette Hubs are here and they really are an amazing piece of kit. Featuring an incredible magnetic system, using the force of two magnets and allowing the ratchet ring to engage. The magnetic field provides an even repelling force which means the ratchet will work completely straight everytime. This system is created in a way that reduces friction compared to the use of springs. The unreal Neomidium magnets that Fly use maintain the magnetic field pretty much forever as well, giving these splendid hubs another huge TICK from us here at LUXBMX. The end result brings you one of the fastest, most reliable and durable hubs possible, and did we mention they look and sound absolutely amazing too. With only one moving part, the assembly is as easy as it can get and reduces the overall weight, making these hubs a must for the weight-conscious rider also. The Fly Magneto Hubshell is made of a much stronger 7075 Aluminum and features the sunken spoke holes that you'll remember from the infamous Fly Classic Front Hubs. The driver, end caps and bolts use an anti-rust process that also gives the hub an awesome color finish. The new Fit Indent 24mm cranks are made from 4130 chromoly and feature fits new oversized 24mm hollow spindle which helps to increase stiffness and to prevent the spindle from twisting. These cranks also feature fits concaved crank arms which increases the arms strength and make them more dent resistant. The cranks are RHD/LHD compatible and also includes the 24mm Mid BB Kit. The KEY GUARD is the one piece guard version of the KEY sprocket with our new tooth profile for better chain engagement and longer tooth life. Profile No Boss cranks are exactly the same as our Race Cranks, with the sole exception that they lack a boss to bolt a sprocket onto them. They require you to run a Spline Drive Sprocket or Spider. They can be used for left or right hand drive. Crankset includes crank arms, 19mm GDH heat-treated CrMo axle, GDH crank bolts, flush washers, and crank installation/removal tool. Titanium upgrades available for axle and axle bolts.

The updated team favorite, FX2 freecoaster hub. Featuring proven KHE based internals, a 9t dual sealed bearing driver with additional bushing, and a super strong heat-treated chromoly 14mm axle with 6mm internal hex for easier maintenance. Updated with the DTC system, changing drive side only requires a driver change instead of a whole hub replacement. Slack can be adjusted from 55 degrees up to 180 degrees depending on your preference, and ships with 156 degrees slack as standard. The included nylon CR and DR hub guards keep your hub protected from grinds straight out of the box.

Allow us to introduce you to our little friend, the ENDURO V.2… a taller, less externally-machined version of the original. The new version has a 34mm rise, comes in 40mm, 49mm and 52mm and comes in both SWEET LEAF and BLACK. And if you need some leaf in your life, but can’t spring for a stem, just pop a cap in it… we got em in both M24 x 1.25 and M10 x 1.25.

This rim has a big and chunky bead to help reduce the chances of pinch puncturing or flat spotting the rim, but at same time the tiny hollow cavity inside it helps keep the weight right down. The rim also features a cross-lacing design to increase lateral wheel strength, and a offset value hole to help with strength in a common weak spot on aero style rims, this also makes it easier to fit a pump to the valve. This rim has a weight of just 408g (14.4oz) it outperforms most rims weighing 20-30% more, and the weight saving from the rotational mass of the wheel feels fantastic.

Dan Coller’s signature Contender bars are perfect for taller riders, coming in at a comfortable 9.75” rise. The Contender bars are the first set of bars from Kink to offer pre-defined cutting grooves at 0.25” intervals. Coming with a stock 29.5” width, they can easily be cut down to 29”, 28.5”, 28” or 27.5” without breaking out the tape measure. Made from 13-butted chromoly tubing, and our TruTherm post weld heat treatment process, ensures these bars can stand up to all kinds of riding. Being ridden and trusted by Dan Coller daily, can attest to the Contender bars strength.

The Alienation TCS Mischief features a tubeless compatible extrusion designed for front wheel or disc brake use only. The Mischief utilizes an advanced 4D drilling pattern specific to small diameter BMX rims. Alienation’s 4D drilling process optimizes the interface between spoke and rim to eliminate many of the spoke line problems common to BMX builds.

The VX2 front hub is a high quality, sealed front hub with a super strong 15mm SUJ-2 steel inner axle, that is stronger than chromoly. The 6061-T6 aluminum hub shell also features thick angled flanges to eliminate any bearing seat stretch. Combined with the Cinema CR hub guards, this hub can take a serious beating.

A beast like pro rider Dillon Lloyd needed a bar built to withstand the biggest drops and burliest of crashes. The Buck bar is one of the first bars in BMX to utilize the new 25.4mm clamping technology, allowing for a stronger, stiffer bar that a rider like Dillon can have full confidence in, without having to worry about it slipping or breaking when things get rough. The Federal Stance XL rim has a wider (40mm) cross section which is designed to be in keeping with modern tyre sizes which helps the tyre maintain its correct profile. The triple box section combined with the wider profile makes the rim both stronger and stiffer than conventional rims and also helps to reduce the possibility of pinch flats. The wall thickness where the spokes are located has been increased by 22% to reduce the possibility of spokes pulling through the rim. We have also changed the material from Aluminium 6061 to 6066 which increases the strength by approximately 30%. The rims have a lower sidewall height (15mm compared to 20mm on most other rims) to give the rim a lower/wider appearance.The internal sidewall height is also reduced to keep the tyre firmly in place when inflated and the base of the rim is sunken to ease the installation and removal of tyres.

6061-T6 aluminum top load stem from Subrosa. The High life is CNC'd from 6061-T6 alloy and has been machined to save weight whilst being wide for increased clamping power. The stem also features an increased handlebar rise over traditional topload stems and comes with oversized 6mm bolts. 50MM

Front Load BMX stem from ANML. The MR stem is CNC'd from 6061 aluminium with a brushed anodised finish and griffin head logo on the clamp plate and hollow bolts. 48MM

"Eclat PRO Ty Morrow based his signature Morrow Bars bars off our current DIVE bar but with some changes to the bending, geometry and the tubing thickness to make these things indestructible. Available in Black and C.P. in 22.2mm and 25.4mm OS clamping. We used a unique 20.5mm plain gauge cross tube on the Morrow Bar to prevent against the twisting that a larger 10? bar can come under especially with Ty’s powerful riding style. This allowed us to also increase the dent resistance without having to increase the diameter and damage the aesthetics of the bar."

Much like our Freecoaster, the Cortex front hub was designed for the streets. Using the same proven narrow flange spacing as our famous Dynamic front hub, the Cortex comes out of the box with x2 Nylon fibreglass hubguards which are long lasting and replaceable for a very low cost. This hub has been tested by the team over the past year and is designed to keep you grinding on and on and on… This hub features a longer 35mm bolt to accommodate plastic pegs and for a stronger female bolt setup.
